Pregnancy

Pregnancy is something that most women go through. It takes a toll on most women but than there are women that breeze by in it. When becoming pregnant there are three general risks that a woman has to worry about: their nutrition, stress level, and age. All these 3 things can really affect a womens pregnancy. Nutrition is very important because the mother needs to have a well balanced diet to be able to nurture her child not only while he or she is inside of her but also when the baby is born if she chooses to breast feed and they are also recommended to take prenatal vitamins. Stress because it can affect that babies mood when it is born, if a women is happy while she is pregnant she is most likely to have a happy baby. Lastly, age because it can affect the way the baby develops. If it is a teenage mother the child is most likely to struggle in school and have behavior issues even if the teenager was very healthy during her pregnancy. Older women usually have difficulty getting pregnant and can easily have miscarriages. They are also more likely to give birth to a child with Down syndrome but they also are able to give better care to their child than a teenager is.  Pregnancy is something I have never experienced just yet, but I plan to go through it. I have been surrounded by women that were going through it and saw how difficult of a time it can be, but I can't wait to experience it for  myself one day!
